Will our information remain confidential?

All information, documents and data will remain confidential and stored securely.  Each client has their own folder, which is passworded and backed up securely.  All hard copies will be handed back to the client on task completion.

Are there any set-up fees?

Your package  price is your only charge.  We only charge  additional fees  if we have  to use external suppliers and this will only be prior agreement with the client.

Are we committed to any contracts?

No - there are  no written contracts are involved, we will listen carefully to your needs in order to offer you the service you deserve.

If I buy a package and do not use up all of the hours - what happens?

You do not have to use all the package time at once.  We keep track of your project and will send you an account statement/report.  Any unused time is rolled over to the  next project - you can just top up future hours at your current  package rate!

How do I cancel my account?

With our secretarial service, if you have any unused time in your account, we can arrange a refund. 

How do we accept payment?

We accept Bank Transfer, Paypal or Credit/Debit Card
